More About Cheryl Eppel

Hi, I’m Cheryl!

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience. Over time, my spiritual journey led me to step away from nursing and toward a deeper connection with intuition, healing, and personal transformation.

Today, my work is informed by both lived experience and a trauma-informed perspective. I no longer see science and spirituality as opposing ideas, I see them as two different languages describing many of the same human experiences.

Together, they have shaped the way I hold space for others with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person's unique path.

As a speaker, author, medium and Reiki practitioner, my work is centered around supporting people through life's challenges and healing while helping them reconnect with their authentic voice, intuition, and self-trust.

I believe our intuition holds more wisdom and guidance than we often realize.

Sometimes we simply need support learning how to hear and trust it again.
