Reclaiming Wonder

A 1-Day Virtual Retreat to help you rekindle your sense of wonder and joy… and maybe, just maybe, reconnect with the wild, wondrous side of you that got quiet along the way.

What if we gave ourselves permission to be untamed, filled with wonder, and delighted by life again?

Let's face it. The world can feel like a lot these days.

Between the headlines, the responsibilities, the worries, and the never-ending list of things that need our attention, it's easy to find ourselves spending a lot of our time being serious, stressed, and oh-so-sensible.

We plan, organize, manage, worry, and keep everything moving. And somewhere along the way, the curious, playful, wild-child parts of ourselves get pushed to the back of the line.

Remember when you could lose an entire afternoon exploring something that fascinated you? When you'd stop in your tracks at the sight of a spectacular moon? When you didn't need a good reason to try something new, make something beautiful, or have a slightly ridiculous adventure?

Maybe you still have those moments. Or maybe it's been a while.

Either way, I think we're overdue for more of them. That’s what this virtual event is all about.

You're invited to a day of wonder, curiosity, creativity, and discovery.

One day. A whole lot of wonder.

Imagine a day where you can get creative without worrying about the result, go wandering in search of tiny treasures, turn an ordinary lunch into a celebration, and make something that will keep reminding you to notice the beautiful, wondrous, fascinating world around you.

You'll enjoy guided experiences, and discover ways to bring more wonder into your everyday life. There will be moments of laughter and play, moments of reflection and connection, and opportunities to follow your curiosity wherever it happens to lead.

And you'll be joining in from home virtually, which means your most comfy clothes, your favorite mug, and the ability to do what lights you up most when it works for you.

Here’s what to expect during our virtual day together.

🎨 A Creative Adventure

We'll begin with a special 90-minute “ I Am” art workshop led by guest artist April Hannah. This is your invitation to roll up your sleeves, explore your creativity, and enjoy making something with your own two hands.

No need to be an artist. No pressure to produce a masterpiece. Just the pleasure of trying something, experimenting, and seeing what unfolds.

🥂 A Ridiculously Wondrous Lunch Break

Who decided lunch had to be a sandwich eaten over the kitchen counter?

We're inviting you to make a little occasion of it. We'll provide a playful playlist, some fun recipe inspiration, and a few suggestions for turning an ordinary meal into something delightfully indulgent.

Use the fancy plates. Light the candle. Put on music. Wear a fabulous hat if the mood strikes.

You're allowed to make a fuss over yourself.

🌿 The Wonder Wander: A Treasure Hunt for the Curious

Next, we're sending you off on a little adventure.

Armed with a playful collection of prompts, you'll wander outside in nature, explore your garden, or go treasure hunting around your own home in search of things that catch your eye, stir a memory, or make you smile.

Then we'll come back together to share our discoveries.

Because sometimes the most wonderful things are hiding in places we've walked past a hundred times.

✨ The Wonder Jar Project

We'll create our very own Wonder Jars, little homes for the discoveries, memories, delights, and moments of magic we want to remember.

Something tangible to take away from the day, and something you can keep adding to long afterward.

🗺️ Wander for Wonder: Let's Leave a Little Magic Behind

Now for something rather special.

We'll introduce you to Wander for Wonder, a new worldwide project inspired by the idea that a tiny, unexpected discovery can brighten someone's entire day.

Imagine stumbling across a beautiful little surprise, a thoughtful message, or a tiny treasure left for a stranger to find.

We're creating a way for people to leave these little moments of wonder out in the world, and you're invited to help us begin.

🌙 A Conversation and Guided Meditation with Cheryl

We'll slow things down with a thoughtful conversation and guided meditation led by Cheryl Eppel, creating space to reconnect with your inner world, your sense of possibility, and the wonder that can still be found even in life's more complicated seasons.

💫 Our Closing Circle: Taking the Wonder With You

We'll finish by gathering together to reflect, share, and explore how you might bring a little more curiosity, delight, and wildness into the days ahead.

Because while our retreat may last one day, the wonder doesn't have to end there.

Section 6: What Makes This Event Different

What’s unique about your virtual retreat. What’s your secret sauce or unique value proposition.

Example:

This is not a webinar. It’s not hours of lectures. And it’s not another online course.

This is a guided experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your creativity. Talk about the opportunity or how it will help them.
